起初他们……（英语：First they came …）是
德国信义宗牧师马丁·尼莫拉于二战后1946年以德文写成的一篇忏悔诗，叙述德国的知识分子与牧师如何屈服于纳粹党势力，沉默地坐视纳粹肃清一群又一群的无辜者。该诗意旨在阐明无视与自己无关的团体受迫害所造成的结果，且后来常被引用，作为对不关心政治的人之呼吁。
这首诗被镌刻在美国马萨诸塞州波士顿的新英格兰犹太人大屠杀纪念碑石碑上。

Als die Nazis die Kommunisten holten,
habe ich geschwiegen; ich war ja kein Kommunist.
Als sie die Sozialdemokraten einsperrten,

Als sie die Gewerkschafter holten,
habe ich nicht protestiert; ich war ja kein Gewerkschafter.
Als sie die Juden holten,
